Aleon ("we," "us") provides website, social media, and AI-assisted customer communication services to small businesses in the Creston Valley, BC. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Business name and your name
- Phone number and email address, if you provide them
- What kind of business you run and which package you're interested in, if provided
- Any message you type in the form
- Your IP address and the time of submission, recorded automatically for spam and security purposes
We do not use cookies or tracking scripts on this site beyond what's needed to load fonts and serve the page itself.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to deliver the services you've signed up for (website management, social media, missed-call text-back, review monitoring, and the other services described on this site). We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties except the tools we use to deliver the service itself (for example, a text-messaging provider if you sign up for missed-call text-back).
How it's stored
Form submissions are stored in a database on our own server, access-restricted so it cannot be downloaded or browsed by the public. Only Mark and the tools he uses to run this business can see it. We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed to run the business relationship, and delete or anonymize old, inactive inquiries on request.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just reach out using the contact details on our home page and we'll take care of it directly, no forms or delays.
